When referrals are necessary, Dr. Wagner will help coordinate your care with any providers you may need. In the event that you have to go into the hospital, Dr. Wagner can help with any logistical steps that are required. With 5 years of experience working as a hospitalist, he feels very confident in helping patient’s navigate the admission process and following up on any post discharge care that is needed.
